"How much time do I need to commit to this project?"
- Depending on the scale and intensity- expect a good amount of your time to be spent giving feedback and coordinating your internal resources (talents, office spaces) if required.
- However, our team will be on hand to advise and guide you through the preparations.

- BBM will provide 2 deliverables - the final video with subtitles and key supers (on screen text), and another without.
- Requests for the raw footage will incur a surcharge to cover courier and Hard Drive Costs, but most importantly - the raw footage will be ungraded and will require work. As our edit sessions use 3rd Party Plugins, it is not possible to provide the working sessions.
"Can I get different versions for social media (e.g., a 15-second cut for Instagram)?"
- Sure! Most videos are shot in Landscape, so some adaptation might be required.
- Each variant or cutdown will be an additional item.
"How many rounds of revisions do I get?"
- Typically 2 rounds, but minor corrections such as subtitles and supers will not be considered a round of change (unless significant).
"Do I need to provide the script?"
- We are happy to review your script and provide feedback on how it can be adapted or adjusted for filming.
- Of course, we would be happy to conceptualise and script based on your brief as well.
"Can you film at our office, or do we need a studio?"
- It depends on your concept. We are happy to do a site recce to understand the constraints and provide constructive suggestions.
"What happens if it rains on the day of an outdoor shoot?"
- As the weather in Singapore is erratic, we tend to avoid scheduling extensive outdoor shoots. Crew fees will still be applicable even in the event of inclement weather, notwithstanding force majeure.
"Have you worked in my industry before?"
- At Back Button Media, we pride ourselves on understanding our client’s culture and desired outcomes. Our depth of knowledge and experience working across a magnitude of fields allows us to present actionable solutions when it comes to content.
- Above all, we are driven by a desire to make each video memorable- something that will be played back and over, again and again.
